I had the privilege of presenting on two topics related to mindfulness meditation and stress with a cultural focus for the Philadelphia Society of Clinical Psychology.

It was an honor to connect with participants and engage in spontaneous discussions about our shared individual and collective refuge. I also recognized the continuous learning and growth I experience within groups and communities, akin to the ever-changing colors of leaves that demonstrate flexibility while remaining part of the rooted tree. I am particularly grateful for the opportunities to deepen my understanding of the roots of Western Buddhism and Tibetan Buddhism. Special thanks to Nicole Dietz and Dr. O'Brien from PSCP, as well as everyone whose presence enriched the presentations. #heartfelt gratitude#finding meaning#
