Wishing everyone a step forward into 2025. My wish and hope for you/me/us include:

1. Meeting ourselves where we are at, on any given day.

2. Giving ourselves permission to be, to include feeling the lows, highs, and the neutral shades of experiences.

3. To alter our self talk to include more grace and kindness.

4. To experience more authentic conversations where we feel heard and seen.

5. To bring intention to our body, speech and mind when we can and are able to.
